1. Order Cancellation

You can request a cancellation of your order if the product has not yet been shipped. Once a product has been dispatched from our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled. In such cases, please follow our returns process if you wish to return the item.

To cancel an order: Please contact our customer support team immediately at info@aksnetworking.com or call us at +91 98996 55173. We will check the shipping status and, if the order is not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you have received the wrong item. To be eligible for a refund, your return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and tags intact.
  • The product serial number should match the one on the invoice.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of installation.
  • Software, licenses, and digital products.
  • Products that are physically damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: In the email, please include your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and attach clear photos or a short video of the product to show the issue (if applicable).
  3. Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's policies.
